- Identify what action you require. Please refer to the Table of Authorities to determine minor versus major curriculum actions.
- Complete the appropriate portions of the Proposal Form in Watermark Curriculum Strategy under Curriculum Management.

Prior to submitting online, blended, or hybrid course proposals to the Council on Graduate Education, please contact The Office of Distance Education for information concerning the peer review/certification process.
All new program proposals must be reviewed and approved by the New Program Review (NPR) Committee before they can be reviewed by the CGE.
