Deaf and Hard of Hearing Child...
Staff from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Child Resilience Center (DHH.CRC) attended the 2022 SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) All-Network Conference conference August 22-24 in Baltimore, Maryland. DHH.CRC staff members Dr. Lori Day, Dr. Patrick Boudreault, and Dr. Danielle Previ participated in a panel presentation on Language Justice. Along with Dr. Leena Zahra from the International Rescue Committee, they discussed the importance of translating mental health resources to be accessible for deaf and hard of hearing people.
