ASLPI Evaluations with Proctor: $165.00 plus $20.00 compensation provided directly to Proctor.

Late Cancellation / No Show / Late Arrival Policy: (applies to all examinees)

If any of the following occurs, a cancellation fee will be assessed:

An examinee cancels an ASLPI evaluation less than 48 hours of the scheduled evaluation date.
An examinee does not show up for the scheduled ASLPI evaluation.
An examinee shows up more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled ASLPI evaluation. The evaluation will be cancelled. Late arrivals impact other scheduled evaluations.
