NEED A MINIMUM OF 10 STUDENTS FOR CLASSES TO BE HELD.
Total Cost is $100 for each class you select.
INCENTIVE (full-time faculty/staff ONLY): Human Resources Services will reimburse $75 for each class you register for AND attend at least 90 percent of the time classes offered. This brings your cost after incentive to only $25!
Payment instructions:

- On-line, click Pay Now
- In-person, go to Cashier’s office and deposit into #1630-4573
- Scan or email your completed registration form to Contact here or drop off to Field House 144
