Short Biography
Cheol was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. He attended at National Seoul Deaf School and Surabeol High School in Korea. He graduated with a bachelor of arts in Computer Science from Gallaudet University in 1987. He started his career as Network Specialist for Gallaudet Technology Services in 1987 until he's committed as Systems Engineer in 1998. He continues and loves to serve presently.
