Step 1 – A nonrefundable $100.00 application fee is required and will not be waived. Please use this form for the $100.00 application fee when applying for ISP or IVS. Applications arriving without the $100.00 application fee will be considered ‘inactive’ and will not be processed.
Step 2 – If you are accepted into the ISSP or IVRP program, an admission fee of $100.00 will be charged. Please use this form to pay the $100.00 admission fee when accepted.
