About
As the Assistant Director for the Office of Development, I am passionate about advancing Gallaudet University's mission, fostering authentic relationships, and creating opportunities to elevate our global Deaf community.
My professional journey at Gallaudet began shortly after graduating with the Class of 2023. I initially served as the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty, later transitioning to a Program Support Specialist role within the School of Human Services and Sciences. These roles provided me with a deep, comprehensive understanding of the university's academic and operational ecosystem before I ultimately joiined the Institutional Advancement team.
My connection to Gallaudet is both deep and unique. Though I first entered the university in 2011, life led me on a dynamic path of personal and professional growth that ultimately brought me back to complete my degree. A definitive foundation of my career today was my three-year tenure on the Gallaudet Debate Team. Competing at a high level and earning several accolades allowed me to develop a profound expertise in strategic communication, rigorous research, and persuasive advocacy, of which I leverage daily to champion our institutional goals and connect meaningfully with our supporters.
