International Students

This tuition rate reflects the 100% tuition surcharge required by amendments to the Education of the Deaf Act. Students from developing countries may apply for a reduction in the percent of tuition surcharge. The tuition surcharge reduction application can be picked up at Student Financial Services (CO B04). The deadline to apply for tuition surcharge reduction is July 27, 2007 for 2006-2007 academic year and July 27, 2008 for 2007-2008 academic year.
