International Students
This tuition rate reflects the 100% tuition surcharge required by amendments to the Education of the Deaf Act. Students from developing countries may apply for a reduction in the percent of tuition surcharge. The tuition surcharge reduction application can be picked up at Student Financial Services (CO B04). The application deadline is July 25, 2009 for 2008-2009 academic year.
