Administration & Finance Internship Fellows

Welcome to the Administration & Finance Internship Fellows Program. The program was established during the summer of 2007. The goal of the program is to provide the students opportunities to enhance their skills and become more marketable and employable in non-deafness related professions. At the end of internship, the students are expected to demonstrate an understanding of

  • How to work effectively with interpreters,
  • How the American with Disabilities Act applies to them in the workplace, 
  • How to be effective in job interviews, 
  • How to resolve conflicts in the workplace, 
  • How to best prepare themselves for future job opportunities. 

The following departments are involved with the internship program: Facilities, Gallaudet Interpreting Services, Business & Support Services, Vice President of Administration and Finance, Program Development , Payroll , Finance, Information Technology Services, Risk Management & Insurance, Department of Public Safety and Student Health Services.
